Requirements Phase
A design typically
starts with a marketing requirement. We can assist your marketing team to
develop a Marketing Requirements Document outlining the product feature-set,
cost targets and viability assessment.

Specification
Phase
Once the Design Proposal
has been agreed on, we will create a Product Specification. This is a
comprehensive specification detailing every aspect of your product

Design Phase
Using design experience and CAD/CAE modelling
techniques we create a System Design Specification giving a detailed
description of your system's hardware and software in conjunction with a
fully operational prototype. Working closely with your manufacturing
staff/contractors we will ensure the product is "Designed for
Manufacturability and Test".

Validation
Phase
Integral to our design process is an evaluation
that the product meets the requirements of the Product Specification. We can
provide Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) / Fault Insertion Testing and
if your product requires agency listings or approvals, we can provide
documentation and support for the submittal.

Production
Phase
We will assist you through the initial production stages and provide
support for diagnosing problems with units in the field.
